These Terms govern registration, purchase, and participation in the Suryansh XYZ Pro Mentorship.
By registering, making a payment, accessing the platform, attending a session, accessing educational material, or otherwise participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Suryansh XYZ Pro Mentorship is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18, legally capable of entering this Agreement, providing accurate information, and using the Program for legitimate educational purposes.
2. Minimum Age and Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years old at registration and throughout participation. False, misleading, altered, or fraudulent age information is a material violation. Suryansh XYZ may request reasonable verification and may suspend or terminate access where the requirement is not met.
3. Nature and Purpose of the Mentorship
The Program is an educational and training program covering financial-market education, technical and fundamental analysis, market structure, risk management, trading psychology, trade planning, strategy development, research, execution concepts, and performance evaluation. Curriculum, instructors, schedules, resources, and delivery may change.
4. Educational Disclaimer
All lectures, examples, charts, analyses, opinions, frameworks, strategies, case studies, and other materials are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes individualized financial, investment, portfolio-management, tax, legal advice, or a recommendation to transact in any financial instrument.
5. Trading and Market Risk
Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all trading capital. Leverage, derivatives, foreign exchange, commodities, cryptocurrencies, equities, indices, futures, options, CFDs, and other instruments carry significant risks. Past performance and historical or hypothetical examples do not guarantee future results.
6. No Guarantee of Profits or Financial Success
Suryansh XYZ does not guarantee profits, returns, income, employment, funding, account approval, trading performance, or financial success. Enrollment does not guarantee profitability, a funded account, Pro Trader status, employment, or any specific financial outcome.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your financial and trading decisions, risk tolerance, position size, leverage, trading frequency, stop-loss methodology, capital allocation, broker or platform selection, instruments, and overall trading approach. Participation does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, employment, partnership, agency, or investment-management relationship.
8. Registration and Account Creation
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, create an account without authorization, use another person’s identity, or misrepresent your eligibility.
9. Account Security
Account credentials are personal and confidential. You must protect usernames, passwords, authentication information, Pro Trader credentials, and other account information. Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, publish, or disclose credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise.
10. Payment and Program Fee
The current Mentorship fee is ₹8,999 INR, payable as a one-time payment unless a different structure is expressly displayed and agreed at purchase. Payment must use the designated gateway. Payment may be subject to verification and approval, and you are responsible for accurate payment information and applicable charges.
11. No Refund and No Return Policy
All purchases of the Suryansh XYZ Pro Mentorship are final. The Mentorship fee is non-refundable and non-returnable except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. No refund is provided for changed circumstances, non-attendance, trading losses, failure to achieve results, lack of funding, or lack of Pro Trader approval.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
For an unauthorized transaction or genuine processing error, contact Suryansh XYZ support where reasonably possible before initiating a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims that a legitimate transaction was unauthorized are prohibited.
13. Manual Verification
Following successful payment, your application may undergo manual verification. Payment does not necessarily mean that access or Pro Trader status is automatically granted. You agree to provide additional information where reasonably required.
14. Pro Trader Status
Pro Trader status is not automatically guaranteed by payment. It may be granted only after review and approval by the authorized administrative team and may be refused, suspended, or revoked based on eligibility, verification, compliance, conduct, or Program requirements.
15. Pro Trader Account Credentials
Credentials provided to an approved Pro Trader participant are strictly personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred, rented, assigned, published, resold, or made accessible to another person. Suspected unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension.
16. Program Rules
Participants must comply with reasonable rules, instructions, policies, risk parameters, platform requirements, community guidelines, and operational procedures communicated through the website, dashboard, community, email, announcements, or other official channels.
17. Prohibited Activities
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, abuse, hate-based conduct, spam, unauthorized solicitation, account or credential sharing, unauthorized access, data theft, security circumvention, payment manipulation, platform exploitation, unauthorized recording or redistribution, reselling access, and unlawful activity are prohibited.
18. Platform Misuse and Security
You must not interfere with platform operation, security, availability, or integrity, access another account, obtain unauthorized administrative privileges, bypass authentication or restrictions, manipulate payment records, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, or interfere with infrastructure.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Program materials are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by Suryansh XYZ. Purchase does not transfer ownership. You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your own educational use.
20. Content Distribution and Sharing
You must not reproduce, redistribute, upload, publish, sell, sublicense, transfer, broadcast, or commercially exploit Program content without written authorization. Unauthorized redistribution may result in termination and legal remedies where applicable.
21. Recordings and Educational Content
Recordings and educational resources are provided solely for eligible participants’ education and may have time limits or technical restrictions. Participants must not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit sessions without authorization.
22. Community and Communication Channels
Private communities, groups, forums, and communication channels are subject to additional rules. Participants must communicate respectfully and must not engage in harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, targeted abuse, or unauthorized promotion.
23. Mentor Availability and Program Delivery
Sessions, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, and resources may change. Suryansh XYZ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may make reasonable substitutions or modifications due to operational, technical, scheduling, or availability requirements.
24. Third-Party Services
The Program may use payment processors, communication platforms, video-conferencing services, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. These services have their own terms, limitations, outages, and technical requirements.
25. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Participants are responsible for tax obligations and for determining whether their trading activities, income, transactions, and other activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Suryansh XYZ does not provide tax advice.
26. Privacy and Data Handling
Personal information collected during registration, payment, verification, and participation is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and may be processed for account administration, payment and eligibility verification, support, security, fraud prevention, Program administration, legal compliance, and Program communications.
27. Confidentiality
Certain Program information may be proprietary or confidential. You agree not to disclose confidential educational frameworks, internal processes, restricted materials, administrative information, or other non-public Program information to unauthorized third parties.
28. Suspension and Termination
Suryansh XYZ may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms or Program rules, sharing credentials, redistributing content, fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, false information, abusive conduct, or violation of law. Termination for violation does not automatically create a refund right.
29. Voluntary Participation and Non-Attendance
Participation in sessions and use of resources is the participant’s responsibility. Failure to attend or use resources does not constitute grounds for refund.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suryansh XYZ and its personnel are not liable for losses arising from independent trading or investment decisions, market movements, lost profits, loss of capital, platform interruptions, technical failures, third-party failures, unauthorized access caused by participant negligence, or reliance on educational information.
31. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suryansh XYZ and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Program, unauthorized use of content, violation of another person’s rights, unlawful conduct, or independent trading and financial activities.
32. No Employment or Partnership
Participation does not create an employer-employee, agency, partnership, joint-venture, brokerage, investment-adviser, or authorized-representative relationship. You must not represent yourself as an employee or authorized representative without written authorization.
33. No Guarantee of Funding or Employment
Participation does not guarantee access to capital, funded trading opportunities, employment, internships, partnerships, commissions, or any other commercial opportunity. Additional opportunities may have separate eligibility requirements and terms.
34. Accuracy of Information
Suryansh XYZ seeks to provide useful and accurate educational material but does not guarantee that every piece is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every participant. Market information can become outdated rapidly.
35. Force Majeure
Suryansh XYZ is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including internet or technology failures, cybersecurity incidents, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, platform outages, third-party failures, labor disruptions, and emergencies.
36. Changes to the Program
Suryansh XYZ may modify the structure, curriculum, schedule, delivery method, features, or operational aspects of the Program to improve educational quality, security, compliance, functionality, or administration.
37. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last Updated date indicates when they were most recently revised. Significant changes may be communicated through appropriate channels, and continued use may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
38. Severability
If any provision is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
39. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be expressly provided by an authorized representative of Suryansh XYZ.
40. Entire Agreement
These Terms, applicable Program rules, Privacy Policy, any separately published Refund Policy, and expressly incorporated policies constitute the agreement governing participation.
41. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law, subject to mandatory participant rights and protections. Disputes shall be addressed through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution mechanism.
42. Contact and Support
Questions about these Terms, account access, payment verification, Program administration, or other matters may be submitted through the official Contact or Support channel on the website or platform.
43. Participant Acknowledgement
By registering, purchasing, accessing, or participating, you acknowledge that you are at least 18, have read and understood these Terms, understand that the Program is educational, recognize the substantial risks of trading and that you may lose money, and understand that past performance and payment do not guarantee profits, financial success, funding, or Pro Trader status.
