We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate identity, verify eligibility, deliver mentorship and educational content, process and verify payments, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the Platform, communicate updates, comply with law, enforce our Terms, investigate violations, and protect users and our business.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties as a commercial data-brokerage activity. We may share limited information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, provide infrastructure, maintain security, provide communications, or comply with law.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use Supabase for database infrastructure, authentication, account management, storage, backend infrastructure, and security functionality. We use Razorpay for payment processing, transaction verification, payment status, applicable refund processing, fraud prevention, and transaction security. Third-party providers process information under their own policies and obligations.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, secure authentication, role-based access controls, Row Level Security, restricted administration, security monitoring, server-side processing, protected environment variables, access logging, and security reviews. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Trading and Pro Trader Account Credentials
Trading-related credentials provided or managed by Suryansh XYZ are confidential. Where technically applicable, sensitive credentials may be encrypted or otherwise protected when stored. Users must protect credentials and must not share, publish, sell, or disclose them.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain account and payment records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and protect legitimate business interests.
8. Deletion of Personal Information
You may request deletion of personal information by contacting us. Deletion may be limited where information is needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment records, dispute resolution, contractual enforcement, or other legitimate purposes.
